Withdrawal and Returns

This overview summarises when you can withdraw from an order and how a return works. The full withdrawal instructions and the model withdrawal form are set out in Section 11 and the annex of our General Terms and Conditions.

Standard items: 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract for the delivery of standard items within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. An unequivocal statement is sufficient – for example an e-mail to info@roxxlyn.com.

Custom Tailoring: no right of withdrawal

Products that you configure individually in the “Custom Tailoring” area are manufactured specifically for you only after your order is received: cut, milled and surface-treated. For such goods there is no right of withdrawal under Section 312g(2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

The exclusion applies solely to the goods manufactured in this way. For all other items in the same order, your right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back no later than 14 days after declaring your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning them. Please request a return authorisation in advance by e-mail to support@roxxlyn.com – this speeds up processing but is not required in order to withdraw. Attach the commercial invoice visibly to the outside of the parcel; for shipments from non-EU countries, also mark “Return to Sender” on the outside.

Refund

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs – except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery – no later than 14 days after we receive your declaration of withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used; you will not incur any fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Defects

Independently of the right of withdrawal, the statutory warranty applies: vis-à-vis consumers, claims based on a defect become time-barred two years after delivery – equally for standard items and for Custom Tailoring. Please report a defect to support@roxxlyn.com.
