FAQ<\/h1>

Is 10 ml enough?<\/strong> Yes. All three are applied by the drop onto a cloth, never poured onto the stone. A bottle covers months of normal use on a case-sized surface.<\/p>

Which products do I need for my case?<\/strong> Stone Cleaner works on every stone we use. Marble Liquid Polish is for polished stone only \u2014 marble, granite, quartzite, gemstone. If your case is slate, the cleaner is all you need. Case Care is for the plastic frame, whatever the stone.<\/p>

Why can’t I polish slate?<\/strong> Slate has an open, textured surface. Wax settles into it rather than on it and dries unevenly. Slate is not meant to shine.<\/p>

How often should I do this?<\/strong> Cleaner whenever the case looks marked. Polish and Case Care every few weeks, or whenever the surface looks flat. There is no schedule to keep \u2014 stone is forgiving.<\/p>

Can I use one product for everything?<\/strong> No. Stone and plastic want opposite things, and polished and textured stone want opposite things too.<\/p>

Will the polish remove scratches?<\/strong> It softens how fine marks catch the light and evens out flat patches. Deeper scratches in natural stone cannot be polished out at home.<\/p>

Can I use household cleaners instead?<\/strong> Most kitchen sprays are more aggressive than stone needs, and some attack sealed surfaces. If you use something else, test it on an inconspicuous spot first.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Every stone. No residue.<\/h2>

Stone shows every touch. This cleaner lifts fingerprints, dust and skin oils from any stone surface \u2014 polished marble, honed granite, textured slate \u2014 and evaporates without leaving a film. No wax, no coating, no build-up over time.<\/p>

Alcohol-based, which is why it dries in seconds and leaves nothing behind. 10 ml amber glass with a pipette. Two drops per clean, so one bottle goes a long way.<\/p>

How to use<\/h3>
  1. Two drops on a clean, lint-free cloth<\/li>
  2. Wipe the stone evenly<\/li>
  3. Finish with a dry microfibre cloth<\/li><\/ol>

    Stubborn marks: dampen the stone lightly with water first, then repeat.<\/p>

    Good to know<\/h3>

    Made for stone. Not for the plastic frame \u2014 that is what Case Care is for.<\/p>

    Cleaning removes marks but does not restore shine. If your stone looks flat rather than dirty, you want the Marble Liquid Polish \u2014 provided your stone is polished.<\/p>

    Polished stone loses its life slowly. Not from damage \u2014 from use. The places you hold most go flat first. This wax-based polish evens the surface out again and leaves a thin protective layer that helps shrug off dirt and moisture.<\/p>

    Solvent-free, built around carnauba wax. 10 ml is enough for a case-sized surface many times over \u2014 thin layers work best, and a thick one only takes longer to buff out.<\/p>

    For polished stone only:<\/strong> marble \u00b7 granite \u00b7 quartzite \u00b7 gemstone<\/p>

    Not for slate, or for any honed, matte or textured stone.<\/strong> Wax sits in an open surface instead of on it and dries patchy. If your case is slate, clean it with Stone Cleaner and leave it at that \u2014 slate is meant to look the way it looks.<\/p>

    The test stone is real stone from the same production. Practise on it before you touch your case.<\/p>

    How to use<\/h3>
    1. Put on the finger cots<\/li>
    2. Try the polish on the test stone first<\/li>
    3. Clean the stone and let it dry<\/li>
    4. Shake the bottle, a few drops on a soft cloth<\/li>
    5. Spread thinly and evenly \u2014 thin layers buff out best<\/li>
    6. Wait one minute<\/li>
    7. Polish in small circles with the microfibre cloth until the shine is even<\/li><\/ol>

      Leftover haze: dampen the cloth slightly and go over it again.<\/p>

      Repeat whenever the surface starts to look flat. Each application renews the wax layer.<\/p>

      Good to know<\/h3>

      A wax polish evens out the surface and adds shine. It fills and softens the look of fine marks \u2014 it does not repair scratches or make stone scratch-proof.<\/p>

      Keep it off the plastic frame. Mask the frame with tape if you want to be certain, and wipe away any contact with water before it dries.<\/p>

      Matte stays matte.<\/h2>

      The plastic frame around the stone attracts dust and slowly picks up a shine it was never meant to have. Case Care cleans it, leaves it antistatic so dust settles less, and preserves the original matte finish instead of glossing over it.<\/p>

      Silicone-free and solvent-free. 10 ml, applied by the drop.<\/p>

      How to use<\/h3>
      1. Wipe the frame with water and let it dry<\/li>
      2. A few drops on a soft cloth<\/li>
      3. Rub evenly into the plastic<\/li>
      4. Wipe off any excess with a dry microfibre cloth<\/li><\/ol>

        Good to know<\/h3>

        For the plastic frame only. Keep it off the stone \u2014 the stone has its own two products.<\/p>
